Plennie is free for service providers. There is no subscription. For each successful booking the customer pays a small transaction contribution of € 1.98, and you keep your full revenue.

On average 5 minutes. Our wizard guides you step by step through basic details, branding, opening hours, services and an optional gallery.

Payments are handled via Stripe Connect. You set up a Stripe account once during onboarding, after which payouts are made automatically to your IBAN.

Yes. You manage your own service catalogue, prices, durations, buffer times and how many days in advance customers can book.

Yes. Customers can pay online in advance, and you can set a cancellation window per service. Cancellations within that window remain paid according to your terms.

Yes. You set standard opening hours per weekday, and you can add extra availability, blocks or holidays in your calendar.

Yes. For each service you choose whether customers pay online right away or settle on location. In the dashboard you clearly see which booking uses which payment method.

You get a unique plennie.nl link. Share it via WhatsApp, your Instagram bio or email. You can also print a QR code for the counter.

Yes. Alongside online bookings you can add manual appointments to your calendar yourself, so you keep a complete overview.

In your dashboard you can update all details at any time: salon name, address, contact details, photos, opening hours and services.

No. You can book as a guest: just enter your name and email address. After payment you can optionally create an account to manage your appointments.

You pay securely online via Stripe (iDEAL, credit card or Apple/Google Pay), or (if the provider offers it) on location with the provider directly.

In your customer dashboard you can view your appointments. Cancellation is possible up to the cancellation window set by the provider. After that, contact the provider directly.

With a timely cancellation you receive the amount back, minus any transaction fees already incurred, unless the provider covers these. The refund appears within a few business days on the same payment method.

You receive a confirmation email with all the details (date, time, provider, address) right after payment. You can also see the status in your customer dashboard.

Yes. On the provider's page you'll find contact details (phone, email, socials). After booking you'll also see them in your confirmation email.

Yes. We comply with the GDPR, use encrypted connections and store no payment card details. More details are in our privacy statement.

That is the transaction contribution that keeps Plennie free for service providers. Depending on the provider, this amount is either included in the displayed price or listed separately.

The provider may not have their page online (yet). Ask them to create a Plennie page or share our Business page so they can get started.
